How do I see my Crown balance?
Log in. Go to My Account → Crowns. Your balance, history, and pending Crowns are all there.
When do Crowns from a purchase post?
The moment your order is marked Shipped. They sit as ‘Pending’ while we pick and pack, typically 24 to 48 hours.
How do I redeem?
At checkout (cart ≥ €50), tap ‘Redeem Crowns’. One reward per order. The discount comes off before tax and shipping.
Can I combine Crowns with a coupon code?
Crowns can’t stack with promotional codes (sale prices, BFCM codes, gift cards). They can stack with our standard free shipping worldwide.
Do my Crowns expire?
Only if your account goes a full 12 months without earning or redeeming. Any activity, even a daily login, resets the clock.
What if I return an order?
Crowns earned on a returned order are removed automatically. Crowns you redeemed on a returned order come back to your balance.
