What colors and leathers are the most resistant?
Sun and water have less effects on blacker leather. Remember this the darker the better!
Will I pay taxes when receiving my order?
Due to the low value of the parts and considering that most countries don’t applies custom tax on package under 1Kg, you shouldn’t.
Can I use my original buckle/parts?
Of course, our parts and straps are specially design and made to fit your original parts.
Can I have an engraved on my strap or buckle?
Common engraving can be added free of charge, just shoot us a message just after your order.
I found a strap for my watch, but it displayed a different brand from mine, will it fit on mine?

Is there any difference of color between the one I see on my screen and the item i will receive?
The lighting can distort a little bit from the real strap color and the screen resolution as well but we try our best to provide the most accurate pictures and information. For return refer to: Can I return my item?
Is there a warranty for your straps?
We value craftmanship and selecting carefully our suppliers working only with beautiful fabrics but Straps are not designed to last forever, however the straps that we offer have been wearing over periods of time in various conditions and holding up pretty good.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Once an order is received, and is in stock, your order will be proceeding the same day even during the weekend or holidays and will be shipped out same business day. Orders placed over the weekend may take an extra business day to process. Sometimes it happened that the product is restocking allow an additional 2-5 business days to process.

Yes, we do offer custom straps in Exotic Leathers such as Crocodile, Ostrich, Stingray, Lizard…You can use are online configurator for that.

How long is the working time of a custom straps?
In depend on the leather color and type, but if the skin is available 15 days to make it, the completion of a strap is complex and made by hand, some exotic leather such as stingray need specific technics to work on. The estimated working time will be provided before the order.
Do you offer other colors or leathers that the ones presented on the website?
Yes, we have hundreds of different colors, we cannot display them all online for practical reasons and offer an easy interface use.
